Matthew 5:18 For assuredly, I say to you, till heaven and earth pass away, one jot or one tittle will by no means pass from the law till all is fulfilled.
When God inspired people to write down His Word He made sure is was written down as something which will never change. Man has changed it by translating it and manipulating it to make some sort of sense.
But what God inspired has not changed, only our perception of it has.
I love the fact that Christ knew the word and knew the truth. I love the fact God gave us enough to make sure we could understand and grow in wisdom through His words.
He does not have to change anything which has been written down; but we do need to try and understand it better before we break everything!
