Titus 2:14 who gave himself for us to redeem us from all wickedness and to purify for himself a people that are his very own, eager to do what is good.
How often we do forget all the things that others have done for us as we go about our daily lives; none more so than Christ’s price He paid for us.
He would not have done that unless He knew that it was the right thing to do and that it would last forever. His aim was not just to secure a place for us, but also to encourage us toward good works.
Good works will not save our souls, but good works should be the natural product of our accepting Christ.
