Psalm 116:3 The cords of death entangled me, the anguish of the grave came over me; I was overcome by distress and sorrow.
Sometimes it is the little things in life which seem to be the hardest to overcome.
Sometimes they all add up and we fall down with the weight of everything which has built up.
