Psalm 136:1 Give thanks to the Lord, for he is good. His love endures forever.

God is truly good! We may not see it all the time because we are tied up in the world and all the commotion surrounding us, but God is good!

By His very nature, He is good. All He has done is good. All He has promised for us is good. Even though the world is wicked and evil, He is good!

One of the greatest things we can depend on is that His love does continue on and on forever!

Psalm 104:24 How many are your works, Lord! In wisdom you made them all; the earth is full of your creatures.

Try and not let the world get you down! Yes, we are surrounded by all manner of bad and evil things, but when we look deeper into our world we find a different thing…

The world is full of the great things God has created and the wonderful things He continues to love and support for and with us.

God is amazing and the world takes on a new look when we look at it through His eyes and not our own…

Genesis 1:31 God saw all that he had made, and it was very good. And there was evening, and there was morning—the sixth day.

What God created is very good! It is the best! Nothing can compare!

And yet we live in a world which is full of dangers and pitfalls into which we regularly fall, or even get pushed into!

It is mankind who is bringing the deception, dangers and all manner of horrible things into this world – God has tried to show us and convince us these things are wrong, but we continue to repeat them over and over! Because we can!

1 Timothy 4:4 For everything God created is good, and nothing is to be rejected if it is received with thanksgiving

This verse need to be taken in context otherwise people will tend to say that everything is good, and everything is ok to do…

Everything which is consecrated by the Word of God and covered in prayer is good and ok; but if we leave God out of it, then who is saying it is good?

God wants us to live in a world we enjoy and have the creature comforts we desire, but if we leave Him out of our lives, then we are living up to the world and not to God!
