What goes through your mind when you are told someone you love is going to die? It’s not something any of us want to hear.
Jesus made sure He always obeyed His Father in Heaven – so we would have something to aim for!
No matter what God says, it is going to be for the best for everyone!
Matthew 14:30 But when he saw the wind, he was afraid and, beginning to sink, cried out, ‘Lord, save me!’
How much are you willing to trust your own belief? Are you willing to step out without worldly support?
Christ wants each of us to trust in Him for everything in our lives and not to be limited by worldly requirements.
Are you willing to give a bit more control to Christ in your life?
Matthew 17:19 Then the disciples came to Jesus in private and asked, ‘Why couldn’t we drive it out?’
How many times have you been told you cannot do something because you don’t have the courage or faith to do it?
Sometimes it is more about listening out for what God is telling you and letting go of the worldly ways.
Sometimes it is about trusting fully in Christ.
Psalm 77:14 You are the God who performs miracles; you display your power among the peoples.
Are you trying to make God do miracles quickly to show how good He is, or you are?
God is the God of miracles; but He does things according to His time and not to ours.
If we are willing to listen and obey we may well be there when He does things!
