When was the last time you stopped to listen to what God wants from you?

When was the last time you did something you thought God wanted and it didn't work out?

We live in a world where we face opposition just because we are Christians – listen out for God’s guidance, always.

1 King 18:43  “Go and look toward the sea,” he told his servant. And he went up and looked. “There is nothing there,” he said. Seven times Elijah said, “Go back.”

How many times do you pray for something? Once? Twice? Three times?

Elijah was trying to show Ahab how important faith is, not a faith which lasts an hour or two, but real faith.

Trusting in God means putting your trust in Him always!

1 King 18:22  Then Elijah said to them, “I am the only one of the Lord’s prophets left, but Baal has four hundred and fifty prophets.

Being confident in the Lord will show others how serious we are about Him!

Elijah was very confident God was on His side and went up against hundreds of false prophets without flinching!

Are you confident enough to sit and talk God through with someone?
