Proverbs 4:23 Above all else, guard your heart, for everything you do flows from it.

No matter how hard you try to show you are doing the right things, pay the right price or whatever else you get up to, if you heart is not in the right place people will see right through your actions.

Too many people think they can buy their way through life or work their way through life – if you leave God out of your life, you get to spend life away from all that is good!

Show your heart. Don’t hide it. God wants to see your love for others as well as for Him.

Share in His great love today and show someone you mean it!

Luke 12:34 For where your treasure is, there your heart will be also.

Have you noticed how you go after the things you want most in life? Have you noticed how wanting the wrong things allows you to go off track very quickly?

If we really want to join God in heaven, there will be a place waiting for us; but don’t make it an afterthought!

Changing your mind just after death is not going to be an option – we have to make the choice before we are face to face with Christ; only then can He say “I know and love this person!”

Luke 12:32 Do not be afraid, little flock, for your Father has been pleased to give you the kingdom.

Jesus may have spoken these words directly to the disciples who were around Him at the time, but the sentiment continues out into all the world.

Christ made sure these words got written down for many more people to get to hear them, even after so many years!

God is actually please to be able to share Heaven with as many people who want to join Him as possible.

Christ paved the way to make it possible for anyone and everyone to get there – by personal choice! Ask God…

Luke 6:20 Looking at his disciples, he said: “Blessed are you who are poor, for yours is the kingdom of God.

Just who are the poor people Christ is talking of when He addresses His disciples with these words?

Many a scholar has come up with their own take on these words; even Matthew and Luke differ slightly in their wording.

Jesus is talking to all who are willing to admit they are lacking something in their lives because those are the people who will realise they fall short of God’s Kingdom!

Ask your Father in Heaven to fill that gap you have in your life…
