John 17:24 Father, I desire that they also whom You gave Me may be with Me where I am, that they may behold My glory which You have given Me; for You loved Me before the foundation of the world.

When Jesus was praying to His Father, these are the words He used to show how much He wants us to join Him in Heaven.

He shows us here He was thinking of us from the very beginning, The Holy Trinity showing us their Love toward us and a way we can be with Them in Heaven.

God had a plan and He carried it out to make sure we have a choice and that we have a reward for choosing life with Him.
Be happy and enjoy what God has given you!

Psalm 41:12 As for me, You uphold me in my integrity, And set me before Your face forever.

God upheld Jesus because of many things; what set Him apart from other humans was the fact He was without sin.

His ‘reward’ for being perfect is to have a seat with God in Heaven, to be able to see Him face to face and enjoy eternity in Heaven.

Jesus wants us to be able to join Him in Heaven but our sin is holding us back; admitting our sin to Him and asking for forgiveness will allow us to join Him for eternity!

Psalm 41:11 By this I know that You are well pleased with me, Because my enemy does not triumph over me.

Jesus knew the Father’s love for Him and He tried to talk about it in a way people would see how real it is. When He was baptised God spoke out loud.

If this is how God treated His Son even though He was blamed for so much by the people, then how much will Christ speak out for you even though the people say things about you?

Jesus gave His life because He knows us and because He forgives us; allow Him to speak on your behalf – follow Him!

Psalm 41:10 But You, O Lord, be merciful to me, and raise me up, That I may repay them.

Jesus had the foreknowledge of who was going to come up against Him as a man. He knew who was going to be there to reject Him as Messiah. He knew who was going to work against Him and have Him flogged.

But because of His amazing love toward us all, He stepped forward into their teeth, into their den, just so He could make our way safe.

But for those who have rejected Him, despised Him, wounded Him and turned away from Him – the punishment awaits; not because Christ is angry but because He is just.
