Psalm 50:1 But to the wicked person, God says: ‘What right have you to recite my laws or take my covenant on your lips?
God has always told us the truth and will continue to uphold the truth no matter what we do.
We do not have the right to tell other people off for doing something wrong when we know we have done something wrong…
Instead allow God to work in their hearts… not us!

This does seem like a random choice to select as the verse for today, but I would like you to answer one question and think about the answer you give…
God created everything we know of in what we call a week in the Old Testament…
How much have you done for God this week?
Psalm 145:1 I will exalt you, my God the King; I will praise your name for ever and ever.
How much faith do you place in God’s Word?
Are you willing to stand up for what you believe in?
But how long do you think you will be able to stand up for the truth with your faith in God’s Word?
Genesis 11:8 So the Lord scattered them from there over all the earth, and they stopped building the city.
The more you try to be like the world, the less you look like Christ!
The more you do things for earthly profit, the less you gain in Christ!
It is no wonder God stopped the people from building the tower – it was purely focused on themselves and not God!
