1 Corinthians 14:21 In the law it is written: “With men of other tongues and other lips I will speak to this people; And yet, for all that, they will not hear Me,” says the Lord.

Don’t despair when you try to tell someone about God and they just don’t get it! Even Jesus told the disciples there would be people who just don’t believe or who never understand.

It is not out task to get every person to believe the Gospel; we just need to give them the chance at hearing it. God is going to be working in their hearts.

Talking with people and not talking at people will go a long way to reaching them with the Gospel.

Sit down and talk with people and allow God to reach into their hearts.

John 4:29 “Come, see a Man who told me all things that I ever did. Could this be the Christ?”

What is it going to take for you to understand just who Christ is and how important it is that we know Him?

This lady obviously knew some things about the Jewish law and about the prophecies because she had no problem believing Jesus and then running off to tell others about Him.

When we want to be able to tell others about Christ we need to know a little about them and to know how much they will understand when we start speaking.

Allow God to guide you as you speak and reach out to others in love today.

Luke 2:18 And all those who heard it marvelled at those things which were told them by the shepherds.

What are you like at keeping good news a secret? I am pretty useless when it comes to good news because I want to be able to tell as many people as I can.

I am not a person who can sit and have an in depth conversation with anyone, but telling them good news is a bit different!

I love to be able to get up in church and tell people about God, to tell them of all He has done.

Be more like shepherds and go and tell the people that Jesus Christ has been born!

Christmas Day 2015

Luke 2:11 For there is born to you this day in the city of David a Saviour, who is Christ the Lord.

Today we celebrate the birth of our Awesome Saviour, Jesus Christ, The Son of God, Emmanuel!

Happy Christmas!

Today is the day I would like each of us to simply say “Thank You” to Christ for all He has done.

Thank you.
