Psalm 63:4 Thus I will bless You while I live; I will lift up my hands in Your name.

Loving God is not just about saying you love Him or about loving Him when everything goes your way; loving God is a whole hearted, full time and total commitment between you and God.

There is no way God is going to back down. Why should you?

Love is a commitment that requires more than just a bunch of flowers now and again or a letter or card. Love requires a whole lot more.

Being willing to protect your love against others and against the evil around us should be the norm.

Prayer when expressed properly and with your whole heart shows real love.

Solomon 1:2 Let him kiss me with the kisses of his mouth—For your love is better than wine.

How do we measure love? Love is one of those things we don’t really have a good measure for so we tend to try and relate it to the physical ways in which we show love.

I know I have had many a time in my life when I just wanted a kiss or even a hug to let me know someone else’s feelings; but the physical is not always the truth!

Being in love is far better than any quick hit we can get from most other things and expressed here in the beginning of this wonderful love story.

Psalm 119:53 Indignation has taken hold of me Because of the wicked, who forsake Your law.

How do you feel when you see someone doing something evil? I know we have many films and stuff on show about people doing evil things, but actually seeing someone in person doing something evil is still not nice to see!

The psalmist write here of the horror and trembling they felt just by seeing what others were getting up to.

The people knew the law as God has described it, and yet they chose to do something wrong instead.

Choose to be different today and make someone feel good by doing good instead of bad.

Luke 19:41 Now as He drew near, He saw the city and wept over it,

When Jesus came to look over Jerusalem He stopped and wept at the sight. Not at the sight of a built up city but at the knowledge of all the evil and sin the city was hiding.

We cannot see sin and evil, but we can see the results of them. We cannot see good either, but again we see the results of it.

Jesus had special knowledge of what was going on because He is the Son of God and knew these things.

We need to depend on seeing the results of things; so set an example and allow people to see the results of God in your life!
