Matthew 5:16 Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works and glorify your Father in heaven.

When God does something special in your life, the best way to encourage others is to tell them about it! Don’t hide all the good things God does!

Have you thought about what is special in your life? Have you thought about the gifts that He has already given you and that you now take for granted?

Have you used those special gifts God gives you to brighten other people’s lives?

Show someone you care by giving them a part of what God gave you!

Matthew 18:14 In the same way your Father in heaven is not willing that any of these little ones should perish.

If we compare a single sheep to a whole flock of sheep we would obviously say that the flock is of much greater value than a single sheep!

God is willing to take that extra journey to come and find us just so that He can forgive us!

Christ is the good Shepherd; the one who is willing to keep the rest of the flock safely and come out to find the last of the sinners so we can be saved along with the others.

Luke 7:47 Therefore, I tell you, her many sins have been forgiven – as her great love has shown. But whoever has been forgiven little loves little.

If our sins were graded into small, medium and large, where would you say the majority of your sins would be classified? Would you hope they were in the small category?

Would you then place greater forgiveness on the greatest of sins? Would you want to go out and do a great whopper of a sin just to be really blessed?

Don’t tempt God into forgiving much, just know that He will forgive your more than you can sin!

Luke 15:10 In the same way, I tell you, there is rejoicing in the presence of the angels of God over one sinner who repents.’

Have you ever watched a talent show? Did you get more excited when a professional got up and performed or when an unknown person got up and performed just as well as a professional?

I rather like it when the outsider gets up and blows away the audience by singing like an angel or doing something like it is natural for them to do.

Heaven rejoices when Christians get together and make a joyful noise…

But imagine the uproar when someone unknown gets up and sings praise from their new born heart!
