Psalm 116:12 What shall I return to the Lord for all his goodness to me?
Have you stopped to think about all the things God has done for you?
How have you repaid His for all those things?
God doesn’t do things so you will do things for Him… He does things because He loves you…
But He would be proud to know you do things for Him too!
Psalm 29:7 The voice of the Lord strikes with flashes of lightning.
One of the things you get to learn when you first get to know Christ is that amazing power behind His word!
We may not see flashes of lightening when we hear from God, but we will know about it deep in our bones.
Listen when you get that feeling deep in your bones!
Psalm 147:16 He spreads the snow like wool and scatters the frost like ashes.
Here are a few words to give you something positive to think about if we get snow and ice this winter!
I am always in awe of the snow when I see it; how could God create something so beautiful which has the power to bring a country to its knees!
God has created everything for a reason – always try to find out why God created things!
John 1:47 When Jesus saw Nathanael approaching, he said of him, ‘Here truly is an Israelite in whom there is no deceit.’
Don’t fool yourself into thinking you can hide things from everyone!
When Jesus said this it was because He knew what Nathanael would get up to and how he would influence the people around him.
Don’t be like Cain! Be more like Nathanael. Be more like Jesus!
