Psalm 89:20 I have found David my servant; with my sacred oil I have anointed him.
When God makes a choice, it is not done by how good things look or how rich and expensive things are.
God chooses by righteousness and will always make the right choice and stand by that choice forever.
Don’t forget, He chose you, and He will stand by His choice forever!
Psalm 50:7 Listen, my people, and I will speak; I will testify against you, Israel: I am God, your God.
When we stop listening to God, why should He continue to try to talk to us?
When God talks to others He may be trying to get them to come to us and get us going once again.
Wouldn’t you rather be the one enjoying the Good News and sharing it with others?
Psalm 139:4 Before a word is on my tongue you, Lord, know it completely.
If God knows exactly what we are going to do and say and think, why doesn't He stop us from doing things wrong?
Because He has given us free choice in our lives so we can make the choice to follow Him and know we are not being forced to do so.
He will give us the moments to stop and commune with Him – it is our choice whether we do or not!
Psalm 21:5 Through the victories you gave, his glory is great; you have bestowed on him splendour and majesty.
How often have you had great success because you have asked God time and time again?
How often have you looked good because of the things God has done for you?
How often have you praised God over and over again?
