Psalm 50:15 and call on me in the day of trouble; I will deliver you, and you will honour me.
If we are willing to remember and glorify God when we are experiencing good times, He will be there for us when we are experiencing the bad times.
We do need to keep Christ in the centre of our lives at all times and not just when we call out in fear when things are going wrong.
Stay close to God and He will stay close to you – simple!
Amos 8:7 The Lord has sworn by himself, the Pride of Jacob: ‘I will never forget anything they have done.
One thing we often forget is God does not forget! He sees everything and remembers everything!
If we do not open everything to God, He is going to see right through us and may even remind us of this later!
God knows Jesus paid it all for us and wants us to acknowledge this by bringing our sins to Him humbly and openly...
Psalm 10:6 He says to himself, ‘Nothing will ever shake me.’ He swears, ‘No one will ever do me harm.’
What do you think when you see evil people succeeding in life? Do you assume God is ignoring them or somehow allowing them to get away with evil things?
God sees and knows everything, the good, the bad and the plain evil!
The evil only see what they want to see and ignore what God has in store for them in the future...
Psalm 32:6 Therefore let all the faithful pray to you while you may be found; surely the rising of the mighty waters will not reach them.
Do you know how important it is to admit your sins to God and ask for His forgiveness?
There will be a time when it will be too late to ask for forgiveness!
Step forward and give your sins to Christ allowing Him to forgive you just as He has promised – then it can never be too late!
