Psalm 146:9 The Lord watches over the foreigner and sustains the fatherless and the widow, but he frustrates the ways of the wicked.

What do you feel like when you visit a foreign place? What do you feel like when everyone around you acts differently to what you expect?

God goes before you and tries to prepare the way for you…

Will you allow Him to do what He does best?

Titus 3:3 At one time we too were foolish, disobedient, deceived and enslaved by all kinds of passions and pleasures. We lived in malice and envy, being hated and hating one another.

Look back in your life and count how many times you were good and how many times you were bad…

I think many of us will see how the wrong side seems to win!

No matter what we have done, how far we have gone, God is waiting for us and ready and willing to forgive us!

Psalm 37:14 The wicked draw the sword and bend the bow to bring down the poor and needy, to slay those whose ways are upright.

It is the people who are looked down upon who bare the brunt of the evil sewn out by those who think they are above them…

It is the people who are looked at as the least who need the most love and support.

What are you doing to level the playing ground?

Titus 1:5 The reason I left you in Crete was that you might put in order what was left unfinished and appoint elders in every town, as I directed you.

God has given us plenty of instruction about how to build the church by following Christ’s example and the scriptures.

Here the apostle reminds Titus of his duty to build the church by encouraging ownership of tasks within the church.

Are you willing to step forward and take ownership of something in your church?
